With the "E-Learning Post Pandemic" project, Catharina Werner (LfbA: Teacher for Special Tasks) and Prof Dr Martin Gersch will prepare research-oriented digital content in such a way that it meets the changing expectations of students. Due to the pandemic, all students have had contact with digital teaching and have been able to find out what content they can work well with and what still presents them with greater challenges. Financed by funding from the e-learning funding programme of Freie Universität Berlin, current basic topics of general vocational preparation (ABV) in the competence area of organisation and management (KOM) are being prepared digitally. In e-learning and blended learning formats, for example, more interaction and the transfer of scientific knowledge into practical action in the sense of vocational preparation can be made possible in real-time/presence teaching. The project starts in May 2023 and ends in October 2024.
