Matthias Wenzel is a post-doctoral researcher at the Chair of Management and Organization at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder), Germany. As a member of the interdisciplinary research project on „Temporal Borders of the Present“, he examines the role of time and temporality in organizational processes and the contemporary management of the future. In addition, Dr. Wenzel has published works on the interplay between strategy and organization and qualitative research methods. His studies have been shortlisted for the Best Paper Award at SMS Annual International Conferences several times, and he has received the Best Proposal Award of the Strategy Process Interest Group at the 2014 SMS Annual International Conference, among others.
