Indre Maurer is Professor of Business Administration, Organization and Corporate Development, University of Goettingen, Germany. Previously, she served on the faculties of Cologne University and Augsburg University; and she was visiting scholar at Stanford University, USA, and at Macquarie University, Australia. She holds graduate degrees in business administration and in socio-economics from Augsburg University, where she also received her doctoral degree in business administration. Her research focuses on the governance and outcomes of network relationships. Her recent empirical work in these areas examines temporary, entrepreneurial and sharing economy organizations. Her work has been published in journals such as the Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Studies and Research Policy. For her research as well as teaching she has received several awards.
