Conference Cost:

There is no submission or attendance fee.

However, participants who would like to attend the conference dinner on Monday, February 17 at 7 PM are expected to pay a 55-Euro-charge per person, which includes a three-course meal, wine, mineral water, and coffee (a vegetarian option is available) at an exquisite restaurant in the center of the city.

Hotel accommodation has been reserved for participants at the Seminaris CampusHotel for the special-conference-flat rate of 80 Euro per night (including breakfast). Please make your reservations directly with the hotel (discount code “Pfadkonferenz“) but no later than January 15, 2014 (berlin@seminaris.de / +49 (0)30 557 7970).

Conditions of Participation:

The deadline for paper submission is October 15, 2013. A double-blind review process will be used for paper selection. Authors will be notified by November 15, 2013. Successful authors are expected to confirm or decline their conference participation as soon as possible.

Please remember to make your hotel reservation early (berlin@seminaris.de / +49 (0)30 557 7970) since rooms tend to fill up fast. Participants are responsible for their own accommodation payments.
