Project Description
This project aims to advance research on creativity by examining the tensions between enacting surprise (inducing uncertainty) and directing the process (limiting uncertainty) in creative collaboration, and how these challenges are dealt with through different modes of governance. The focus is on the dynamic interactions between collaborating individuals and groups, on the one hand, and the modes of governance used to coordinate collaboration, on the other hand.
