News vom 08.03.2017
EGOS 2017 is approaching fastly and we are happy to share with you that multiple PDWs deal with topics that are related to „Microfoundations of Institutions.“
Network organizer Patrick Haack will be involved in an exciting PDW on experimental research in organization studies at. As in the last three years, the PDW offers participants an opportunity to learn more about experimental research in this domain, to meet colleagues who use (or plan to use) experimental methods in their research and discuss with them opportunities for using experimental methods to generate new theories for organization, and to receive feedback on current work in progress. The workshop will take place on Wednesday, July 5th 2017, 9:00 am – 1.00 pm.
Network member Johanna Mair is on the faculty of an interesting PDW on „Institutional Theory: Theoretical Contributions and their Methodological Basis.” It offers the opportunity for scholars who work within the wide tent of institutional theory to engage in discussion, and to present and develop their ongoing work through extensive feedback by leading researchers of the field. The PDW will include round tables (presentation of papers by young scholars and extensive discussions and feedback), as well as a panel discussion. The workshop will take place on Wednesday, July 5th 2017, 9:00 am – 1.00 pm.
