Dr. Ana Barquet, Postdoc in the Junior Research Group on "Health-IT and Business Model Innovation", has just published a new paper in the Business Process Management Journal!I In their paper "Business Process Support for IOT-based Product-service Systems (PSS)", the authors develop a method for adopting IOT-enabled Product Service Systems.
