Last weekend, I was invited to facilitate a design jam on 'Innovation for diversity and inclusion in the workplace' that was co-organized by Women On Top and the Greek chapter of the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, and hosted by Athens Digital Lab.

I was overwhelmed by the great interest in this topic and it was great fun working with the more than 70 highly diverse participants. The challenge for me was to guide all nine teams through the ideation and prototyping phase in parallel, for which they had less than 24 hours. All of them did an amazing job in coping with the many challenges along the journey and delivered their final pitches right on point.
