Participation at the 2021 European Academy of Management Conference
News vom 29.03.2021
Stefan Razinskas will participate at this year’s European Academy of Management Conference with the paper titled “A Challenge-Hindrance Appraisal Perspective on Work-Life Interference.” This research, which is joint work with Julia Backmann (University College Dublin), Praveen Parboteeah (University of Wisconsin-Whitewater), and Martin Hoegl (LMU Munich), investigates how challenges and hindrances that individuals experience at work may interfere with their private lives. More specifically, the paper uncovers the critical role that learning orientations play for how the work domain may enrich or conflict with the nonwork domain. The virtual conference will be held from June 16th to June 19th, 2021.
