Prof. Dr. Stefan Razinskas
Welcome to the Junior Professorship of Management at Freie Universität Berlin. Stefan Razinskas joined the Department of Management at FU Berlin’s School of Business and Economics in the beginning of 2020. After receiving a diploma in management and technology from Technische Universität München and a doctorate in business and economics from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, he worked as an assistant professor at the Institute for Leadership and Organization at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. The research of Stefan Razinskas is predominantly (but not exclusively) of quantitative empirical nature and strongly motivated by his interest in team‐based activities and leadership in the context of innovation just as in stress‐related phenomena at different organizational levels. The findings from his research at the intersection of management, psychology, and sociology is disseminated internationally through presentations at leading conferences and publications in top-tier journals. The work of Stefan Razinskas has been published in prestigious international journals such as Applied Psychology: An International Review, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, the Journal of Product Innovation Management, Small Group Research, and The Leadership Quarterly. Moreover, he has received numerous awards for both his research and scientific services from associations like the Academy of Management (AOM), the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (EAWOP), and the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA).
