Vitae: Studies of Business Administration at the Justus-Liebig Universitaet Giessen and the FernUniversitaet of Hagen. Between 1989 and 1994 study visits to Rome, Paris und Montpellier. Work experience as translator. Graduation (Dipl.-Kfm.) in 1994, later professional activity as business consultant. From 1996 to 2001 Research Assistant at the Institute of Management of the Freie Universitaet of Berlin. Doctoral thesis on postmodern organization research in 2002. Since then Assistant Professor at the Institute of Management at the Freie Universitaet of Berlin.
Recent Research interests: Modern and Postmodern Organization Theory, Governance Theory, Theories of Leadership and Management of Path Dependency
