On April 1st a festive ceremony was held to open the Doctoral Program "Research on Organizational Paths". Lord Ralf Dahrendorf, who was residing at the Social Science Center in Berlin at the time, attended the ceremony to welcome and congratulate the graduates. After the introduction of the graduates by the responsible researchers, the spokesman of the program, Prof. Dr. Joerg Sydow, presented his vision for the future of path research at the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics. This was followed by a speech of Mr Thomas Sattelberger, Member of Executive Board of the Continental AG. The ceremony was rounded off over refreshments in the newly-arranged rooms of the program.
