Dr. Max Braun will present the paper „Impression Management in Corporate Communication to Camouflage Financial Misrepresentation“ at the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management this year. The project is a collaboration with Claas Jess and has received a nomination as best paper. The conference will be held in August 2022 in Seattle (USA) and is the preeminent professional association for management and organization scholars.

The research project „Governance Bundles as Antecedents to Corporate Misconduct: A MASEM” will be presented by Dr. Max Braun at the Annual Conference of the Strategic Management Society in September 2022 in London. The project is a collaboration with Karen Schnatterly (Virginia Tech, USA).
