We are happy to share that the Chair of Organization will participate at this year’s INGRoup Conference. Dr. Silja Hartmann will present her work on team resilience.

The Interdisciplinary Network for Group Research (INGRoup) was created to provide a context for scholars to promote communication about group research across disciplinary fields and nations and to advance research about group dynamics.

This year, the conference will be held in Hamburg (GER) from July 21st to July 24th 2022.
