We are happy to share that the paper „How do entrepreneurial teams manage adversity? A qualitative study during the COVID-19 pandemic” by Caroline Becker, Silja Hartmann, Kyle Brykman, and Matthias Weiss has been judged to be one of the best accepted papers at the 82^nd Academy of Management. This high honor entitles the paper to be included as an extended abstract in the Best Paper Proceedings of the 2022 Academy of Management Meeting.
